  • Q. Who is eligible for the rewards program?

    A. All customers are eligible to sign up for the rewards program.

  • Q. How are points earned and when are they issued?

    A. Points are earned based on the dollar amount spent. $1.00=1 point.
    Points are issued the week following your order and become available for use after 30 days.
    Status will change from “Pending” to “Approved” throughout this process.

  • Q. Do points expire?

    A. Yes. Points expire exactly one year from the date they are granted.

  • Q. I’ve redeemed a reward…now what?

    A. Rewards may take up to two weeks to process. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive an email from rewards@marchaviation.com
    The email will include all the details you need to use your reward, based on what you redeemed.

  • Q. Will I be notified of any rewards promotions/specials?

    A. Yes, you’ll receive an email on any running promos from marketing@marchaviation.com
